However, if for some reason you have received a damaged product, please email us right away at email@example.com with images of the damaged goods and we will get back you as soon as possible. We will resend you a new product if this has happened! Damaged product(s) must be reported to us 3 days of receiving products.
We try and work with the best shipping facilities, however, if for some reason your product did not arrive and was lost in transit, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resend you another product!

We make sure to send your orders as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. This, unfortunately, means NO changes can be made to your order once it is placed.
